Name: Applejack
Gender: Female
Source: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
Canon point: Dependent on how fast I can speed-watch the series; currently around Season 1, Episode 15
Age: Not given in canon, but so as to maintain continuity with Pinkie, let's say around 17-18.
Colour: #FFC36B
Chumhandle: buckingHardcore
History:
Well-loved as a child, with a laconic but affectionate big brother to look up to and, eventually, a little sister to boss around, Applejack hasn't always been so blissfully certain of her calling to inherit Sweet Apple Acres. Before she got her Cutie Mark, Applejack wanted to experience the hustle and bustle of urban life in Manehattan, and went to stay with her Aunt and Uncle Orange to see how she liked it. As it turns out, she didn't. At all. Her realization that she did belong right where she was in Ponyville, carrying on the Apple family tradition, was in fact the epiphany that earned her Cutie Mark. She's a down-home country pony, and don't you forget it.
Personality:
Practical, down-to-earth Applejack prides herself on being reliable, loyal, and sensible. Her Element of Harmony is honesty, and if Applejack gives you her word, not matter how impossible it may be, she'll do her best to keep it. She is the one that will grab you by the tail before you do something stupid, pull you up the mountain for your own good, and take care of all the tedious details that need doing so you can succeed. She has a keen sense of fairness, and has been known to hold a bit of a grudge about it
Abilities & physical limitations:
Farm-grown Applejack is one of the strongest ponies in the series, with excellent endurance besides. She knows more lasso tricks than any sane pony should, knows how to herd just about anything with her loyal dog Winona, and runs an entire farm with her brother Big Mac and the guidance of her grandmother, Granny Smith. She has the knack of 'apple-bucking,' kicking the trunk of a tree to make all the ripe apples fall into bushels beneath the tree. She's athletic, and likes to participate in contests of strength and skill, like barrel racing. She's an excellent cook, especially baking and, of course, apple recipes.
Appearance: A sturdy Earth pony, Applejack is orange and cream, with just a few white dapples on her cheeks. She has bright green eyes, and keeps her pale blonde mane and tail in... ...uh... yeah okay, they're ponytails. She's almost always wearing a Stetson, and has three red apples as her Cutie Mark.
Strife Specibus: Hoofkind, lassokind
Prototyping: Winona, her dog
Title: Stalwart of Roots
In-game abilities:
A Stalwart is like a Knight, but a Knight you can take through the mud without worrying about their armor. They are your strongest supporter in every way - a Stalwart almost never acts alone, and if she does, rest assured there's somebody hidden behind her that needs protecting. Roots, meanwhile, both ground you and nurture, with connotations of family and ties and community. These combine to make a highly defensive hero: if she finds the right fraymotifs, Applejack will have some rudimentary healing abilities, and some abilities that allow her to shake off more damage - mental and physical - than a pony really should be able to.
Planet:
Land of Frost and Crust
You know the freezer-burned pies that you can find in the back of the refrigerator? The rolling hills of pie crust resemble those sad benighted pies. The sleepy bears, many of whom are in hibernation, find it almost impossible to dig through the frozen crust of the surface into the sweet (apple!) pie filling beneath. Its Denizen is Demeter, who is withholding spring. How pie crust would bloom is probably best left to the imagination.

Now all y'all listen up! I ain't got time for crazy magic stuff, it's comin up on applebuck season, and I need to check on the trees before me an Mac got to get out our baskets. I preciate the thought about takin a vacation an all, but I sure don't need one now! So whoever done this just needs to send me right back to the farm, you hear?
An, while I'm at it, you got to put the barn back where you took it from, too. Just think what's gonna happen when Big Mac an Granny an Apple Bloom come back from Ponyville an find the whole house gone. They sure can't sleep in the trees!
